1. Ticket fare is valid solely for the carriage from the airport of origin to the airport of destination. Ticket fare does not include ground transportation service between airports or between airport and city station/terminal, unless otherwise stated specifically by the Carrier.
2. All published fare, price, flight schedule, routes, and services provided to the passenger are true at the time of publication and subject to changes at any time and from time to time without any prior notification.
3. Web / Mobile Check-in opens from reservation and closes 30 minutes before departure for domestic flight, and 1 hour before departure for international flight.
4. Check-in Kiosk opens 3 hours before departure and closes 30 minutes* before departure.
5. Check-in kiosk/priority check-in counters and Baggage Drop Counter opens 2 hours before departure and closes 30 minutes before departure for domestic flight, and 1 hour before departure for international flight.
6. Considering the airport layout and vary procedures, Citilinkers are expected to arrive before appointed time. Citilinkers are responsible to board the aircraft on time after check-in process.

*For Citilink flights from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK); The Check-in kiosk, baggage drop counter, and priority check-in counters will be closed 45 minutes before departure for domestic routes, and 1 hour before departure time for international routes.

NOTICE :

1. Carriage and other servies provided by the carrier are subject to the conditions of carriage which are hereby incorporated by reference. These conditions may be obtained from issuing carrier.
2. PT. Citilink Indonesia is not responsible for any risk and/or compensation occurring from the connecting flight which is not stated in the same booking code (separate ticket).
3. PT. Citilink Indonesia will not accept the passenger through check­in and baggage through checkin process for segment that is not stated in the same booking code (separate ticket).

The Valuable Goods and Fragile :

1. Please do not bring your valuable and fragile goods as checked baggage.
2. Citilink Indonesia has no liability of any lost or damage for money, jewelry, documents and valuable/fragile goods as checked baggage.

The Expectant Mother :

1. The Expectant Mother shall report to check in counter.
2. The Expectant Mother shall possess Doctor's declaration and fill the indemnity form.

DANGEROUS GOODS :

For safety reason, dangerous articles such as compressed gasses / flammable / poisonous / corrosive / acids / alkalis and wet cell batteries / etiologic agents / bacteria / viruses etc / explosives munitions / fireworks / flares / radioactive or other dangerous goods article must not be carried in passengers baggage.
